Pricing questions
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. There are no usage tiers and no features held back for a higher plan. Post every vehicle in stock as often as you like, give a key to every person on the floor, capture every lead, and let as many managers as you want use the dashboard. The only pacing that exists is the pacing Facebook expects from any account: DealersGO spaces posts a few minutes apart and types at a human speed so your salespeople's accounts stay in good standing. That limit is Facebook's, not ours, and it is the same whether you post ten cars a month or a thousand.
We have more than one store. How does that work?
If your stores share one website feed and one dashboard, it's one plan, no matter how many rooftops, salespeople or vehicles are behind it. That is the simplest setup for a group: one inventory feed, one leaderboard across the group, one invoice. You only pay for an additional subscription when you want us to track a separate website feed or you want a separate, stand-alone dashboard for a store, for example when two stores have different owners or need their inventories and reporting kept apart. In that case each of those stores gets its own plan, its own inventory sync and its own dashboard.
Is there a contract?
No. DealersGO is month to month (or year to year on the annual plan). There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you decide to stop, cancel under Settings → Billing and you're done at the end of the current period. Your leads, listing history and team reports export to CSV at any time, so nothing is held hostage. We'd rather earn the renewal every month than lock you into a year.
What do we need to get started?
Three things: your dealership website address (or an inventory feed URL or a CSV export if you prefer), the names of the salespeople who will be posting, and Google Chrome on their computers. Press Start now, pay, and you set a password for your dashboard login; you add each salesperson from there (and other managers, with their own logins). They install the extension from the link we send, paste their key, add their name, phone and dealership ZIP, and they are posting within minutes. Most stores are fully set up in about ten minutes, and we will do it with you on a call if you like.
Can we try it first?
Watch the 45-second demo and click through the product tour, then sign up and use it for real: post cars, read the messages, watch the dashboard fill in with your own numbers. If your team has posted at least 100 listings through DealersGO in the first 30 days and it still hasn't earned its keep, email us and we refund the month. That's a better test than a crippled trial, and it costs you nothing if it doesn't work for your store.
How does billing work?
Sign up on this page with a card or a US bank account; Stripe handles the payment and we never see your card number. Your dealer dashboard is ready the moment the payment goes through, and the receipt and invoices land in your email. Monthly plans renew each month, annual plans once a year, and everything (update the card, download invoices, switch plans, cancel) is under Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Prefer an invoice or a purchase order? Book a call and we'll set that up instead.
Will my price go up later?
Not while you're subscribed. The rate you sign up at is the rate you keep for as long as your subscription stays active, whatever we charge new dealerships later. If you cancel and come back, you rejoin at whatever the current price is.
Does the price change as we grow?
No. Adding salespeople, adding inventory, posting more often or picking up more leads never changes the price. The only time a price changes is if you add a separately tracked website feed or a separate dashboard, which is a second plan, not a surcharge on the first.
What does support look like?
A help center with answers for salespeople and owners, and real people by email at support@dealersgo.com. The extension also reports any posting problem straight to your dashboard's Problems page, so you can see what happened, to whom, and when, without waiting on a salesperson to tell you. Updates ship automatically; the panel tells your team when a new version is out and applies it with one click.
Ready to put the whole lot on Marketplace?
$99 a month for the whole dealership. Dashboard and keys are ready in seconds; 30-day money-back guarantee.
